Terms of use

Last updated: 24/08/2025

Using this site

  • Use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt, scrape, or misuse it.

  • Information shown (pricing, turnaround, capabilities) is general and may change; written quotes override site info.

  • Accounts or portals (if used) must be kept secure; notify if access is lost or compromised.

Quotes, orders, and payments

  • Quotes are estimates based on files and details provided; final pricing may adjust after file review, materials, or changes.

  • Work begins after written approval and any required deposit. Rush work may include a surcharge agreed in advance.

  • Cancellations after work starts may incur charges for time, materials, and booked machine time.

Files, confidentiality, and IP

  • Client retains ownership of provided designs and data. Files are used only to deliver the quoted services.

  • NDA can be supplied on request. Without an NDA, reasonable confidentiality is still observed and files are not shared with third parties except service-critical vendors (e.g., couriers, payment processors).

  • Client confirms the right to use and submit any files, images, or data and that doing so does not infringe others’ rights.

Photogrammetry and flight compliance

  • All aerial work is subject to weather, location rules, and aviation regulations. Flights may be rescheduled or declined if unsafe or not permitted.

  • Client is responsible for obtaining any required site access permissions and for identifying restricted assets or no‑fly concerns on private property.

3D printing and modeling scope

  • FDM parts are produced to practical tolerances suitable for the chosen material and settings; cosmetic artifacts are normal for FDM unless finishing is quoted.

  • Critical dimensions or fits must be called out in writing before approval so the process can be adjusted or alternative methods suggested.

  • Parts for safety‑critical, medical, structural, or life‑support uses are not supplied without written engineering sign‑off from the client and an agreed testing plan.

Approvals, revisions, and reprints

  • A proof, preview, or test print may be provided for approval on request. Approvals confirm geometry, orientation choices, and material unless otherwise stated.

  • If finished parts fall outside the approved spec or agreed tolerance, a reasonable reprint or refund will be offered. Wear‑and‑tear, misuse, or design limitations are not covered.

Turnaround and delivery

  • Indicative lead times are given at quoting; they depend on queue, complexity, and materials.

  • Delivery is via agreed courier or pickup. Risk passes to the client on pickup or hand‑over to the carrier. Any transit insurance must be requested before dispatch.

Content and ownership of this site

  • All site content (text, graphics, logos) belongs to [Business Name] unless noted. Do not copy or reuse without permission.

Privacy

  • Basic contact details and project files are collected to provide quotes and services. Data is stored securely and kept only as long as needed for operations, records, or legal reasons.

  • Third‑party tools (e.g., analytics, payment, forms) may process limited data under their own policies. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

  • Services are provided with reasonable care and skill; however, the site is provided “as‑is” and may contain errors or downtime.

  • To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to re‑supplying the service or the cost of re‑supply. Consequential or indirect losses are excluded. Consumer law rights in Australia remain unaffected.

Changes

  • These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted here applies to new quotes and site use after the “Last updated” date.
